Description
1 hour 30 minute group boot camp conducted by a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Limited spots available – 15 people maximum.
Meet up location for workout is: South Shore Trail Headquarters Parking Lot (1681 Millersville Rd, Millersville, Md 21108). Arrive no later than 1PM. Please bring water and wear comfortable clothes and appropriate shoes for running/exercising.
This workout session will consist of a warmup, walking (running if you can’t), squats, lunges, planks, resistance band exercises (we will supply for your use), and a cooldown. Come prepared!
